Executive & Internal Communications
Leadership communication, employee campaigns, culture content, and the systems that help it all hold together.
Making the message work across the company
I create internal communications that help leaders explain what is happening and help employees understand what it means for them.
Sometimes the visible piece is a town hall, presentation, video, email, intranet page, or employee campaign. Often the real work is connecting those pieces so the message remains clear from the first announcement through the follow-up. At Research Now / Dynata, I partnered with Internal Communications, HR, Training, Legal, Sales, and executive leadership to do that work for a global employee audience.
Leadership & company-wide communication
All-hands meetings, town halls, acquisition announcements, executive presentations, leadership video, and business updates.
Employee engagement & culture
Recognition, values, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, participation campaigns, and communication for remote employees.
Templates, platforms & systems
Presentation and email templates, intranet structures, visual standards, reusable assets, and production workflows.
Leadership communication in practice
A company-wide meeting has to do more than look polished. The message, pacing, presentation, video, live experience, and follow-up all have to support one another.
An original meeting opener created to establish energy and focus before the business updates began.
A selection of leadership and company-meeting work spanning presentation design, motion, video, and live production.
My role has often covered the full production path: helping organize the message, designing the presentation system, creating supporting video and graphics, managing the live experience, and preparing the final content for employees who could not attend.
Employee engagement & culture
Culture communication is built through the everyday moments that show employees what the company notices, values, celebrates, and expects.
I created employee campaigns, recognition content, event materials, benefits communication, recruiting pieces, internal brand work, and video that gave those moments a stronger identity and made participation easier.
A sample of the work
- Recognition and employee appreciation
- Heritage and awareness communications
- Remote-work connection and participation
- Benefits, recruiting, and HR programs
- Internal events and recurring campaigns
The examples span different years, audiences, and formats. Together, they show how a consistent visual voice can make internal communication easier to recognize and use.
Campaigns in motion
The work has to remain useful after launch
Some of the most valuable work happens after the first announcement. I built templates, standards, and publishing structures that helped teams communicate consistently without starting from scratch every time.
What I built
- PowerPoint templates for executive and employee presentations
- Outlook email templates for announcements and leadership communication
- Intranet page layouts, content structures, and publishing guidance
- Video openers, closers, lower thirds, and recurring meeting graphics
- Campaign toolkits, signage, and reusable event materials
Why it mattered
Templates and shared standards reduced the time it took to begin the next communication, gave contributors a clearer starting point, and helped employees recognize information across channels.
The goal was not to make every message identical. It was to create enough structure that teams could focus on what needed to be said instead of rebuilding the delivery system each time.

Need someone who can connect the message, the moment, and the system?
I’m especially interested in internal communications, employee experience, executive communications, and culture-focused roles where sound judgment and hands-on production both matter.
