Intranet Development
I’ve built and managed intranet and web platforms that helped employees find information, access resources, and stay connected to company updates.

At Research Now / Dynata, I designed and developed a global WordPress intranet for a company of more than 1,200 employees. It replaced an underused SharePoint site and grew to about 400 active daily users and 1,000 active monthly users.
The platform included company news, department pages, HR resources, leadership updates, recognition, search/navigation, Google Drive resource sharing, custom page templates, and secure content areas. I also trained department owners, HR partners, and employees on how to update content, find resources, and use the platform.
What made the project work was not just the technology. It was the structure behind it: organizing content, understanding what employees needed, building pages that departments could maintain, and creating a system that made internal communication easier to manage over time.
These are examples of an Intranet I administered using the ThoughtFarmer platform. There wasn’t alot of customization I was able or allowed to do, but I could “decorate” it with a custom skin that matched the company’s annual theme.
