My branding work is less about creating a logo in isolation and more about building the pieces that help a brand show up consistently across real communication needs.
I’ve created visual identity concepts, internal brand campaign materials, social graphics, presentation systems, email layouts, event graphics, video elements, intranet visuals, and reusable templates for teams that needed a more organized and recognizable way to communicate.
This work has supported marketing, sales, internal communications, employee culture, recruiting, leadership updates, product education, and company events.

Product Education & Sales Enablement Design
Throughout my career, I have created product education, sales support, and explainer materials that make complex information easier to understand. This work has supported brokers, groups, insured audiences, employees, sales teams, client-facing teams, training groups, and leadership stakeholders.
These pieces include explainer visuals, sales presentation graphics, pitch support materials, title screens, thumbnails, video graphics, training visuals, and digital assets designed for use across websites, portals, presentations, social media, YouTube, training, enrollment meetings, client presentations, and internal channels.

Internal Brand Campaign Design

Connected video production, brand design, and internal communication into one employee-facing piece.
Web, Intranet & Employer Brand Design
My digital design work also includes web pages, intranet layouts, digital resource pages, and communication-focused online experiences.
At Research Now / Dynata, I designed and developed a global WordPress intranet that helped employees find company news, HR resources, department information, recognition, leadership updates, and shared resources more easily. The platform replaced an underused SharePoint intranet and grew to about 400 active daily users and 1,000 active monthly users.
I also designed and developed a culture-focused careers site for Research Now / Dynata to support recruiting, candidate experience, employer brand storytelling, office location information, and HR landing pages. At PCI, I designed, built, and maintained RiseWithDrew.com, the CEO’s leadership blog website. The CEO wrote the content, and I supported the internal publishing and distribution of the CEO’s leadership content for employees.
Designed WordPress-based intranet, careers, and leadership blog experiences.
Created digital layouts for employee communication, recruiting, culture, HR resources, and leadership content.
Organized information into page structures that made resources easier to find and use.
Supported digital publishing workflows for internal and employee-facing communication.
Communication Templates & Brand Systems
Across Research Now / Dynata and PCI, I created reusable communication templates and visual systems for internal communications, HR, training, executive updates, events, video, email, intranet pages, newsletters, signage, and presentations.
These systems helped teams communicate more consistently while making recurring materials easier to update, reuse, and adapt.

At Research Now / Dynata, this work supported high-visibility company events, leadership presentations, sales conversations, conference materials, and client-facing opportunities. One company town hall presentation was later repurposed for a major Nielsen pitch deck, which received positive feedback from Nielsen and the leadership team.

Recommendation
This recommendation captures the kind of work I enjoy most: connecting communications, marketing, culture, and digital platforms into a clearer employee experience.
“I sought April out to help us with our internal communications, marketing, and company intranet. She’s the absolute best. Creative, smart, amazing judgment, and a true student of culture as the lens for all communications. I am so excited to be working with her for the second time.”
I approach design as a communication tool first. Before choosing a layout, color palette, or visual style, I look at the message, the audience, the channel, and what the piece needs to accomplish.
My process usually includes clarifying the purpose, organizing the information, building a clear visual hierarchy, applying brand standards, adapting the work for different formats, and preparing assets that are practical for real-world use.
I am comfortable moving between concept and production: shaping the idea, building the design, adapting it across channels, and getting the final asset ready for the teams that need to use it.
